Netstat command for Established connections

Hi Please help I'm worried.

I have windows 10 The creator update 1709 I got a call from tech support today that said My computer was comramised. That I had all these active connections if I go into the command prompt and typew in netstat and there are a lot of them. My question is how do I go about removing them and keeping them gone so that they do not come back the are all Foreign addresses. I have tried this command taskkill /f /pid and then the pid number but a lot of them are saying that acsess is denied. Is there a registry command or something that will block ports on my computer that I do not need. so that it will wipe out all of these active connections? I did not let Tech support acsess my computer in any way.

Your PC is NOT compromised.
That was a 100% scam phone call.

They have you do things like that, because all those "connections" look really, really bad.
In reality, that is they way PC's work.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with your system.
They wanted to extract money from you, and possibly inset a trojan on your system.

That was a scam phone call.
"Tech support" will never call YOU.

Okay. However there are a lot of Established connections from foreign Countries on my Pc through the command prompt Just to play it safe and better to be safe than sorry. Can you maybe give me instructions on how to terminate them. I have tried the taskkill /f /pid and then type in the pid number and a lot of them are saying the process cannot be terminated because acsess is denied. Can you tell me why I'm getting that acsess is denied message and also how I can get around that and delete these foreign addresses. Or is there another more simplified way to remove them. Just to play it safe that spyware has not taken over. I have spyware blaster super antispyware that I have run I have Malwarebytes and ati malwarebytes all free versions.and I have spybot search and destroy as well.

In this context, "Foreign" does NOT mean a foreign country. It means anything outside the physical PC.

For instance, if I run netstat, I see "foreign" connections to my NAS box. That lives over on the other side of the room.

Again...there is absolutely nothing wrong with your PC.
Mess with that taskill or other things, and you might break the OS.

Okay Great. I only have the one custom Built Computer running windows 10 Creator update. 1709. So I guess that I will choose this as the best solution and Call this issue closed.
