Question Network adapter disapeard

Hello there everything was fine untill reacently i came back from trip launch the pc and see no adapters for Internet i need help fixing that

Make and model of the networking adapter? Is it part of the motherboard(onboard)? If so, list your motherboard's make and model and the OS you're working with.
