Network Adapter Drivers?

Hello!
I recently re-installed windows 7 and noticed I was unable to connect to any networks.
Upon investigation I noticed that i have no network card adapter driver.
However I am unable to connect to the web so there for I am at a bit of a loss as to what I need to do to solve this issue.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Use the computer that you posted from to download the driver onto a CD or a USB stick.
