Network adapter not showing up

Ok so ethernet doesnt show up nor does my pci adapter show up have no enternet connection and for some reason cant dl drivers practically a new pc so idk what the deal is

You'll need to check bios, sometimes they are disabled within. If it is enabled, you'll need to download correct drivers from your manufacturer, using another pc and transfer with a Flashdrive or ehdd to install onto your pc
