Network adapter question

i have a 1394 net adapter and a marvell yukon 88E8036 pci-e fast ethernet controller as my two net adapters, do these not support wireless internet?

i took in my laptop for a cosmetic issue to be repaired but when i got it back and reinstalled windows, i can no longer find the "WIRELESS CONNECTIONS" icon that used to be under network connections, i think my drivers might have been changed and no longer support wireless internet?

both of those adapters you mention are for wired connections.

Check the device manager for yellow exclamations. Also, see if there are any other network devices listed.

What model is the laptop?
