Hello guys. Good morning/evening

So my computer went through a power problem as a result my network port on motherboard died.
I bought a USB network adapter to avoid changing my main board. The device that I bought is very low tech and its making many other problems.
It doesn't have a MAC address and it uses different "values" in "network address" tab (probably clones for sure) which i know that it shouldn't.
I tried setting it to "Not present" option, but I don't get internet access. After I start my computer again it automatically set another value to that network address box.
My physical address is also blank cause motherboard port died.

Because of this my internet access is very slow. My ISP even showed me that they don't see my physical address in there system.
Please suggest how can it be fixed without changing my motherboard.

USB adapter is the right move, u just bought a crappy one. If I have a suggestion I say buy a Belkin brand. It maybe no screamer but it should work without any crappy issues. a PCIe Intel NIC would be my first choice.

NIC without MAC is impossible. TCP/IP cannot function without a MAC.

Thanks for suggesting.
NIC cards or router is the point where I'm stuck. The slot the NIC blocks there is an extra cooler fan for my Graphics card.
What if I buy a router(they have MAC) also
1> Use that crap converter or
2> I should buy a new coverter
My point is >> ISP be able to see a MAC address regardless of its a router or a NIC card.
Plus I will be able to use the router for my phone as well.
