Network adapters doesn't show in Device manager in a new PC

So I just bought myself a new pc. Installed a fresh windows 10 pro on it. When tried to connect the ethernet cable - it showed the yellow/orange lights flashing in the back, but it couldn't connect to it. Didn't show any available connections. Checked the device manager and there wasn 't even a "Network adapters" section only - "other devices" which included the ethernet controller which a yellow(warning) triangle on it.

How can I fix this? I re-installed the windows, didn't help.

Install the drivers for the network card.
