Hey!

I turned on my PC and all of a sudden it's not recognising my ethernet cable. I've tried different cables, using different ports, and resetting but they don't seem to work. I've updated my drivers (Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller) and searched for any updates for the computer (windows 10) but still nothing... The router works perfectly fine for other devices but just not my PC.

Hope you guys can help!

Kind regards,
Ben

[windows] key
type "Device Manager" hit enter
With the Device Manager window, see if it shows up under "Network adapters."
If it shows up, try to uninstall it. Let windows reinstall it.

Also try
[windows] key
type "Administrative Tools"
Open Event Viewer Application and Services Logs ->Windows ->NetworkProfile. Any red flags?

Hey!

I've uninstalled the driver, restarted the computer, and let windows reinstall it. Hasn't worked either.. Also, no red flags in the Event Viewer
