NETWORK CAUSING PRINTER TO LOCKUP

Hi, we have a brand new printer, samsung ml-3710ND, set the ip address correctly etc. It prints fine from usb cable but it has a regular intermittant issue when connected to the network. Basically the whole printer locks up and becomes totally unresponsive after a few mins of being connected to network. You have to power cycle the printer to get it back.

I am unsure what the problem could be, any one have any ideas?

We changed the switch and it works ok

i'm having a similar problem.... do you know what kind of switch was causing the issue?
