Question Network center says Connected to Internet but not connecting

Network center says Connected to Internet but it's not connecting via any program.

I pinged it with good response.

What do you mean by "network center"? What programs are failing to connect?

What make and model router do you have? The router's logs (if available and enabled) may provide some additional information.

Who has full admin rights to the router? You will need help from that person.

This sounds like a DNS issue. Trying ping to 8.8.8.8 then try a ping to www.google.com
Please post the results.

Nevermind, the user was using a program that altered their network settings.
