Question Network Connectivity issue !

Sir,
In my office, i have a client machine with ethernet cable for internet attached to the Lan port. My problem is :

I had net connectivity till yesterday. But now i can't connect to the internet. The Lan port light (green) is blinking all the time. But i can"t access the internet.
The notification for network connection on the taskbar has the red cross mark.
Plzzzzz help .........

Yes sir,
All other systems have net access. Only 1 system doesnt connect to internet.
