sir i want to ask u something abt the network sharing int eh company and how can i use my internet to assign static ip and can create an server in windows xp

do you computers need to have Static IP?

If not, assign you static IP to a router which will then assign a dynamic IP to each of the computers connected.

XP is a workstation OS not Server; however, you could set a XP computer aside to do file and printer sharing. You will not have much control over file access rights.
