[SOLVED] Network cutting out a lot

My internet was working for a long time, until now, for the past week I've tried these things to fix this issue

Cleaning my pc because it had a lot of dust
Full factory reset
Disconnect every connected device

My router is 150M Wireless Lite N Router Model No. TL-WR740N / TL-WR740ND
Though I have an internet cable from the router connected to my computer

Now to make the issue clear, when I play games, download any stuff, or even ping in cmd I always get 1 to 4 sec lag spike, in the cmd it's 4x request timed out, it mostly happens every 30 minutes or so

My lan driver - asus pce-n10 11n wireless lan pci-e
My GPU - GTX 950 2GB
My CPU - i5-6500 (3.20ghz)
RAM - 8GB
My operating system is Windows 10 64x

I've heard it's because of the harddisk or some error with the PC and not the router itself, I'm gonna try to download something on my tablet connected to the same router gonna post an update how it went, if it failed the download too I assume it won't be PC related?

Hard disk won't affect pings. Does this only affect the PC or does this happen on other devices

check all settings to net connection since your back to factory it might not be at full speed on lan settings .
