Network Device Missing Drivers

I bought a Dell Precision 7710 and discovered it cannot connect to the internet.

I looked around for a bit and found that the network device does not have drivers. If I go to Device Manager, it shows up as "Network Controller" under Other devices.

Windows cannot find any drivers automatically and I don't know what it is, and therefore cannot install drivers.

How can I fix this?
