I bought a new B450 AORUS elite and the new pc keeps disconnecting randomly for seconds to minutes . I can't ping 8.8.8.8 when it got disconnect . but I see my network is connected in taskbar also it don't appear disconnected when i can't ping 8.8.8.8 .
Thing I have done :
1- Use Win10 Iso to reinstall windows (if it matters , "keep my files but not apps" option)
2- Reinstalling ,and Updating my network adapter
3-Check my network adapter on another pc (and it was fine no disconnects for a whole week)
4- Power & Options Setting and Max performance for network adapter (and i also turned off power management )
5-I also installed Linux (Arch) but the problem was still there
6-Increasing Signal to 75% (50% was even good before)
7-I changed my router channel (11 to 9 also it's 2.4GHz)
8- i checked different USB ports
9- I installed all of the drivers from official website . (AMD chipsets and ...)
10 - CMOS/Bios reset
also when my network drops , my mouse and keyboard are working
My Adapter is tl-wn722n v3
and i didn't have any problems with my previous Motherboard (X470)

Any ideas?

Sorry for bad English

after checking ping to 192.168.1.1 (Default gateway) and 8.8.8.8 (server) i realize that it's ISP problem not Motherboard nor Network Adapter

Your English is fine.

Wireless connection: correct?

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewers for entries related to the disconnects.

Ensure that only one network adapter (either wired or wireless) in enabled on the new motherboard. In your situation, as I understand it, the wired network adapter should be disabled and the wireless adapter enabled.

Run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt. Post the results.

I checked Event logger . I found this
Code:
The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
i don't know if it's helpful
