Hi, I work for a rather large orginization. I do a lot of software installs remotely for employees. Recently I have noticed about 30-50% of the employees I assist can't acces a specific folder on our network. The folder is crucial for a lot of IT work, and it's becoming an issue. I am asking about it here because our sysadmins seem too busy to take a look at it.

When accessing the drive I will get one of two errors. The most common error will say "Windows can't find \\filepath. Check the spelling and try again". Sometimes it will also say "Windows cannot access \\filepath".

System Adminstrators said that all of the employees in question show full access for these folders. I am just help desk so my troubleshooting is limited. This is what I have tried.
1. End-user tried a different computer same issue. Maybe profile related?
2. Deleted and Restored user profile, issue persisted.
3. Open file explorer with admin rights, same issue.
4. **I was able to robocopy the software in CMD prompt, I manually typed to file path and copied the software to tmp. Weird CMD would access it, but not explorer.

Any suggestions?
