Network drivers not installing on z170-p motherboard

So a friend of mine got a new SSD in which I told her how to install windows 10. She installed it and I told her she will need her drivers from her motherboard CD. She put her CD in, and did what she needed to do. It said the installation was complete and such but the network won't connect. It shows a yellow triangle by the ethernet connection. I told her to uninstall her network drivers and get the one from the motherboard website, she downloaded it and ran it which it did the same thing, said it was installed correctly, told us to restart the computer which it did and it still won't connect to the internet. Is there any issue on why it's doing this?

Don’t use the drivers on the CD as there outdated, get them directly from the motherboards manufactur website.
