Okay firstly are you trying to connect via Ethernet cable or wireless. If you go into device manager and then network adapters what is listed? I take it nothing has the yellow warning triangle?

How is your connection set up?

Device manager should at least show an "Unknown device" if it can't load a driver for your network adapter. Is there any chance you disabled it in your BIOS? Is this a new build or did you reinstall Windows? In other words, has the network adapter ever worked? It could be a faulty network adapter, in which case you'll need to return the motherboard to the seller. Or you could get a cheap Ethernet card from Amazon or your local computer store.
