Network is connected, but brower isn't working

We have 2 laptops in the house, and neither have internet. it's connected w/5 bars. We've reset/turned off router, cycled it, everything.

Were they ever connected or is this first attempt? They are seeing a connection to you router. Your router may not be seeing the internet.
