Network monitoring tools

im finding for tools or software that could monitor network level performance such as packet loss, delay, ..etc for video streaming and video call from server to client..could anyone recommend me any softwares and tools that i can use..need as soon as possible..tq

For windows..im using mikrotik router..mesh network..so i need to analyse the network performance during video streaming..i would like to check the performance of client when video conference is made to server
