Network not showing my advanced settings in windows 10 creator 1709

Hi,

I have windows 10 Creator (1709) When I go to my network connection sharing center in the control panel. and I click on my network team and I click on properties and then I click the configure button I have a general tab driver tab details tab and events tab. but no advanced tab where all of my settings are. so I can't make any changes if I need too I tried doing a network reset but that did not work. it also says the location for this network is unkown. I will send you a screenshot. Maybe I should reinstall everything hopefully maybe that will fix this.

There is suppossed to be an advanced tab just before the drivers tab the Killers netwrok adapter has it but the Intel adapter does not have it and neither does the team. so I can't confugure any setting in there
