Question Network option deleted from tv

My four year old got a hold of the remote for my Sony Bravia. No idea what he pushed. Yesterday my firestick worked fine. Now it won’t connect to the network. When you hit menu Netflix is gone (Netflix button on remote doesn’t work either), and go down to settings it only shows preferences and customer support . It no longer shows network or storage. If you hit the sync button on the remote the firestick shows on the menu but when you click on it, it does nothing. Help!

Is the issue with the Amazon Firestick or the TV? Need a bit better detail.
