Question Network PC all of a sudden not showing up.

I have 2 PCs running windows 10 in my house. Lets call them PC1 & PC2. They are both connected over the network (hardwired) and sharing is fully enabled between them with zero issues. PC 2 is my plex server as well. Today I turned PC 1 on, and PC 2 is no longer listed in the network. The Plex media server still shows up. And from PC 2, PC 1 shows up and I am able to transfer files to and from. What happened and how can I fix this? I have restarted both and the exact same situation appears! No changes were made from last night when I was able to see both PCs from the other. Thank you for any help!

Can you please try the solution given here and see if it helps?

Also, please confirm if you installed and ran any PC optimization tool such as Ashampoo WinOptimizer, Ccleaner, etc. or updated or installed an anti-virus application that has a built-in firewall?

Please report back with the results if the suggested solution doesn't work, and you need further assistance in this.
