Network printer goes offline

Hello

I have this printer, a Konica Minolta Bizhub 4050 connected to the network at work. The printer works fine but by the time it appears as offline. We have like 15 printers but this one in particular has this problem. I can't fin the reason why this happen because I'm able to ping the printer and get response and send emails but can't print documents or anything. What I do is reset the printer to factory settings and configure the network settings again but some hours later or maybe the next day, again appears as offline. I think that could be a conflict between the printer's system and our network security but our network engineers say that all is ok so, have anyone had had this problem before or something related? Any help would be helpful.

I've tried that and nothing. The thing is that this happen to all users at the same time, it's not random and the documents you send to the printer remain in the printer queue, all documents from all the users.

you may gone have to contact the printer service if it happens to all user this one could be defective also did you check the toner if it not empty or clogged .

Yeah, everything is fine, but it's like something related to the network settings of the printer goes off and make it appear as offline. I will try to contact support from Konica and see if they can help with this
