Network Printer Installation keeps failing / HP Officejet Pro X476dw MFP - help needed

Hello,

I have a problem with a HP Officejet Pro X476dw MFP - while I am at the stage when I need to install the printer, the installation keeps saying "Installing network printer..." and does this for around 5 minuntes. After that, the installation says "Unsuccessful Network Installation" every time. It does the same problem when I install the prniter via ethernet cable as well as wireless.

A fix would be very much needed, I also tried reinstalling the driver, rebooting the computer. Thank you in advance

pls try to update firmware from http://h20564.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc/public/psi/swdHome?sp4ts.oid=5312602
and configure again this will solve the problem

hii ...you should go for the printer diagnostics.. this will help to identifies the actual problem coming to your printer..

Sorry, because you did not mention the operating system you are using, and if you are using Mac OS you should try to see here
