Question Network problem new PC.

Hello. I just got a new computer yesterrday, I installed it and installed all the drivers from the motherboard website since I don't have a CD ROM.
Everything works perfectly fine, but I have one small problem. My Internet works perfectly fine on my browser, I can play videos in 4k, speed is fine, but when it comes to apps like Discord, Steam ( I didn't try anything else but I bet they don't work ) they just won't connect to Internet, they just keep trying to reconnect without any outcome.
I don't know if I posted in the right place but I really need some help.

Did you have another computer previously connected in the same place? Did it have any issues?

Yes I had, no it didn't.

I booted now my pc, they work, but my utorrent speed when dowloading something is like 32KB/s, what is wrong?

because it utorrent? what are you downloading?
