Question Network settings on back up

Is there anyplace on a back up that I can get my old network settings ?

I’m running 2012 R2 . I have full back ups .

I changed settings on the network cards and now I can get the server to grab my domain .
It’s picking up as a private network 2 . Which is causing my users issues getting the drives . This started on Thursday trying to resolve a stuck 169 is address .
I could really use some assistance

Why were those settings changed - what problem(s) were being experienced?

Not sure what you mean by a "stuck 169 [is] address"? I think you mean IP address.

Are u running a Microsoft Domain Server?

An IP address starting with 169 usually is one of these "auto-assigned" addresses, used when you have an interface set to DHCP configuration, but DHCP server is missing.

For servers - its customary for them to have static IP addresses.
