I have two desktops both connected to the same gateway via Ethernet. They receive different connection speeds. One receives roughly 10% of the speed the other does. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

The gateway is a Calix Gigacenter 844g.

The computer with the connection issue has an MSI A320M PRO-VH mother board, a Ryzen 5 1600 CPU. Any ifo on this problem with be amazing help, thank you.

Ethernet drivers installed for your motherboard?

Which connection speed do you get on the MSI A320m? 10Mbit, 100Mbit or 1Gbit?

Did you try a different ethernet cable?
Try a different LAN port of the Calix

Eventually a BIOS update of the MSI can help. Use the tool/menu "M-FLASH" inside the BIOS itself. Download the BIOS and unzip it to the root directory of a pen drive and use M-Flash.
