Network virus removal

Hi could any one help i need some advice as to what software to use to scan and remove netwok viruses.

Hi thanks for reply, to cut a long story short I was given a Mcafee activation card off a family member but when we had trouble activating the chat helpline tried to help by accessing the pc and going into system config and cmd it showed up malware and Trojan horse but they said it was on the home network not the pc.
