networking a printer

I have a printer that i shared out and a wireless linksys router all hard
wired to my desktop.

How can i print from my laptop (wireless) if that is possible?
Through file and print sharing. I have win xp sp2 on both pc's

From XP Help ("Share Printer"). See XP help for more details. Doesn't seem to
work with every brand.
"To connect to a printer on a network
Open Printers and Faxes.
Under Printer Tasks, click Add a printer to open the Add Printer Wizard, and
then click Next.
Click A network printer, or a printer attached to another computer, and then
click Next.
Connect to the desired printer using one of the following three methods.
Click a method for instructions. "
