Networking adapter issue

I have an Acer v5 552 preinstalled with windows 8. It is 3 months old and within the last month and a half it would freeze when using either Bluetooth or using the internet(freezes up a lot faster when view a youtube video or other online videos). Can anyone direct me as to what can be done to relieve this problem. So far I've tried resetting the laptop to factory settings and the problem persists. I also tried updating the drivers and the problem STILL won't go away. Please note that I can use the internet and view videos in safe mode, with no freezes what so ever.

Thing is I'm a foreigner from the Caribbean therefore it'll be very difficult for me to ship the laptop back to amazon. Any other ideas? Thanks for the reply though.

lol I know this is a late reply. But the issue originated with the Ethernet/WiFi drivers. So to resolve the issue, I simply disabled the Ethernet adapter when not in use and the Laptop works fine
