I want to host a specific website through my router. As any device connect to my router they should automatically get the url in their browser. How this is possible and what tool and software required????

Solution

i've seen this implemented pretty cheap with linux, basically you are using a transparent proxy to serve a splash screen. very common with WiFi networks open to the public (hotels, restaurants, airports)

this should get you started:

Not a feature you are going to get with a consumer router..or even many commercial routers. The function is called captive portal but you would need to load third party firmware. Third party firmware though is not a beginner project.

If you have lots of money you can get commercial firewalls that have this feature.
