[SOLVED] Networking is a PITA

Why is Windows 10 so hard to manage my network when I have 3 computers connected to the same router?
This computer can't see my other olderPC and it can't see my wife's laptop.
My wife's laptop can't see the olderPC and my olderPC can't see my wife's laptop or this computer.

Last time I checked and figured this mess out, all 3 computers running Windows 10 could see each other. Just the other day both desktop computers: this computer and the olderPC could see each other and now the olderPC (like I said earlier) can't see my wife's laptop and this computer can't see the olderPC.

Sometimes I just want to give up with all of this.

Why, when it was all working fine just a couple of weeks ago, does it go to <Mod Edit> for no reason at all that I can think of.

Any ideas?!? Sigh!!!!!!!!

I ended up Resetting my network connection and that seemed to fix it, until Windows puts out another update and messes it up again!!!!
Settings -> Network and Internet -> Status -> Network Reset
I did the above and restarted the PC, all is well.
Both desktops and the laptop are seen on the network now!!
