Networking location issues

i seen to have lost or disconnected the %PUBLIC%\Desktop\. on my home computer, where can i get it from and where did it go?

%PUBLIC%\Desktop is stored in the C:\Users\Public folder, along with all the other Public folders. It is hidden by default, so you will have to enable Show Hidden Files, Folders and Drives (Computer > Organize > Folder and Search Options > View tab) in order to see it.
