Never-ending Boot cycle (BIOS)

Yesterday I was attempting to restore my PC and by accident changed the boot drive to IPV4xxxxx and ever since then whenever it boots it gets to the motherboard loading screen, and then shuts down and restarts.

Ive gone into my EUFI Bios (Asus z170 pro gaming) and changed boot order to windows drive, and even set every bios setting to default and it still always reboots. I can't get into any windows bios because i never enabled it.

What can i do? I'm downloading installation media as i type

Are you save changes and restart after you selected booting from the windows drive first?

Yes everything is saved before re-booting.

Yes everything is saved before re-booting.

have you tried restarting the computer and pressing f8 for the boot menu and selecting the drive from there?

Just a thought, try unplugging the network cable from your network port and reboot.
