Never Overclocked Before and Could do with some help:)

My current setup is
i7 4770k
Asus z87-K MOBO
8gb cruicial ballistix sport
GTX 660 SC 2gb
750w Corsair
also have EVGA ACX cooler
im thinking of overclocking as i get 100% cpu usage livestreaming and playing BF4 at the same
Im new to overclocking any help would be great!

That's not unusual to get 100% CPU usage doing both those at once.

Yes, if you force all the cores to run the max clock.

Without overclocking you can experiment with the 4770K hyper threading enabling and disabling it, as sometimes the apps you use work better with hyper threading disabled.

Ok so i oc to 4.5ghz i have stable temps and have stress tested, im still getting 100% no cpu difference :/
