Im buying gtx 1060 and im planing to go for GTX 1060 Msi Gaming X, but then i saw i could buy GTX 1060 Palit Dual 6gb and custom cooling Cooler ARCTIC Accelero Xtreme IV , should i go for MSI or should i go for Palit + cooling ?

the real questions you should ask yourself;

1. can my power supply handle putting a 1060 into my system ?
2. Do I have the space to get such a long card into my case
3. Does the artic xtremeIV cooling system really worth the price difference over the MSI Gaming card ?
(ie: what performance increase will I get from it to represent value of cash out of my pocket)

1 and 2 you can answer yourself or post your make and model of PSU
IMHO as for 3, I have not seen an "increased performance" on a video card worth doubling the price of a video card for a water cooling for GPU.

As much i calculated it will be enough case maximum gpu length is 305mm , and psu is 450w , power rail 12V/36A

im willing to spend more if its gonna have big difference if 0-6% then nothing
