Hey there. I'll cut to the chase: I live in turkey and we have a really limited choice when it comes to pc cases. I have a 92mm noctua fan, fsp raider 650w psu and msi gaming edition gtx 750 ti but i still can't leave my pc on and go to bed. My case is the oldest component of my pc. About 8 years old case with a single exhaust fan. Here are my choices:

I really, really wish i had other brands but corsair, cooler master, zalman, thermaltake and xigmatek are the only reputable brands we have access to(believe me i've looked everywhere, online and retail) No fractal, no antec or any other exotic brands for me :(

Please help out a guy who's living in a shitty country overcome his noise problem and help him be able to download 30 gb games overnight.

Thanks in advance

Welp, i forgot to add, my max budget is 300 turkish liras

Reviews don't tell all, but it can be a good indication with lots of user's experience. It's gotten really good reviews on amazon, guru3d, newegg. It used to be that antec was a top choice for quiet pc cases featured on sites like silentpc but a lot of people like things like side windows so antec went more toward gaming enthusiasts. I think it's cool that corsair added a quiet pc solution to their lineup of cases.

When it comes to noise, you really only have 2 places that noise comes from off a pc. Loose rattling components/vibrations and fan/air noise. The sound deadening panels on the 330r will help with reducing transmission of any small vibrations (even very small vibrations can be amplified in a metal box).

As far as noise from...

Already did. Plugged off every fan except gpu. Noise is indeed coming from the psu but dude... this is my 3rd psu. I just bough it 2 months ago, it's top mounted and its buzz stops when i press on top of my case. So i assume it's my incredibly old case.

If you have a buzzing that stops when you press on it, it sounds like your case is close to the psu inside. Almost touching but not quite and something is vibrating. Metal against metal. An easier and less costly fix would be to pad the top of your psu. Do you have access to small pieces of foam? Either like thin weather strip type foam or even poly foam like some things come packed with. Try removing your psu and placing a very thin piece of foam on top (just on the metal where it won't block any fans) to create padding between the psu box and pc case. That should eliminate the buzzing.

Really thank you for taking your time to reply but i'd rather get a new case at this point. I want to get a new one anyway. Any advises from the link?

This is purely my preference, if I had to go with one of those cases I like the looks of the corsair 330r carbide. It's not flashy, no window in the side panel, but it's got nice fan options, cable routing, front usb 3.0, room for even large graphics cards in a mid tower case. Has a filter for the front intake fans. Also features sound dampened doors and panels to help make it more quiet (since you said noise is an issue trying to sleep). I'm not familiar with Turkish Lira and how it's written, hopefully I read it right. It says 264,20TL - is this under 300 Lira? (your budget).

As far as noise from fans themselves, it may not help as much. You still have to have airflow coming in and out of the case. Then it's more about the fan(s) and obstructions like fan grills. Usually larger fans (120mm vs 92mm) can move the same amount of air at lower speeds which makes for a quieter fan. Different fans do produce different noises though and 'loudness' is more a preference. Technically one fan can be quieter in decibels (sound level measurement) than another but seem louder or be a problem because of the tone it produces. A soft 'whine' sound can be more intrusive than a louder 'humming' noise. That's why a lot of fan reviews for noise include sound clips so you can hear the differences for yourself.
