Intel i5-3570K (£160 @ AriaPC)

Scythe Ninja 3 Rev.B SCNJ-3100 (£38 @ Quiet PC)
http://skinflint.co.uk/709890
Or
Thermalright Macho Rev.A(BW) (£40 @ Scan)
http://skinflint.co.uk/830474
Both good options for quiet CPU coolers.

ASUS P8Z77-M PRO (£101 @ Scan)
http://skinflint.co.uk/749617

Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz CAS9 1.5V BLS2CP4G3D1609DS1S00CEU (£27 @ Ebuyer)
http://skinflint.co.uk/723497

GIGABYTE GV-N670OC-2GD (£290 @ Amazon)
http://skinflint.co.uk/774003
One of the better options for a quiet GTX 670. It is also a good choice because of relatively low price and good OC.

be quiet! Dark Power Pro P10 550W (£100 @ AriaPC / Scan)
http://skinflint.co.uk/790408
A very high quality and very quiet PSU.

Samsung SSD 830 Series 128GB MZ-7PC128D (£80 @ CCL Online / £83 @ Ebuyer)
http://skinflint.co.uk/682607

Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM ST1000DM003 (£55 @ CCL Online / Scan / AriaPC)
http://skinflint.co.uk/686480

Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit SP1 (£70 @ Amazon / Ebuyer / Aria / CCL Online)
http://skinflint.co.uk/634022

Total: £928

If you're willing to spend ~£50 more and get a triple slot graphics card then this is quieter and has faster factory clocks than the GIGABYTE GTX 670 above:
Inno3D i-Chill GTX670 HerculeZ 3000 (£330 @ Ebuyer)
http://skinflint.co.uk/792746

Not surprised it's too expensive if you need a monitor as well.

I thought you said you already had the NZXT Phantom?

I would suggest making these changes:
OCZ ZS Series 650W (£55 @ CCL Online)
http://skinflint.co.uk/631079

SAPPHIRE HD 7850 2GB GDDR5 (£150 @ Amazon)
http://skinflint.co.uk/805049

Antec Three Hundred Two (£46 @ Ebuyer)
http://skinflint.co.uk/725893

Which would make the total £789. Leaving ~£200 for a monitor, which I don't like to give recommendations on because I don't know the monitor market well enough.

I've seen a good monitor for £160 so I think i'll use what I have left to upgrafe the 7850 to a 7950.

Thanks for all the help :)
