New $1000-1200 Gaming Computer Build

Hey guys, I'm looking to build a new gaming computer that will last me a good 3-5 years (hopefully). I would like to be able to play first person shooters and MMORPGs on high or max settings. Will a build like this work?

not worth it look at the evga gtx 970 ftw edition its a higher clock and IS CHEAPER

What is the difference between these cards? What would be better guys?

i say go with mine but thats just my opinion ive not used or seen any vids on the zotac ( not saying its a bad card) mine has a higher stock clock speed so it will be faster out of the box and mine has two fans ( not as much space needed) the zotac has 3. some cases might not work with the zotac ( i think) so those are about the only differences. and that the zotac looks alot nicer
