New 1060 Problems.

Hello, I have currently bought a new 1060 from PC world. I put it into my H430 2558, plugged in the power and... Nothing... I powered the computer on and it just hung on the Lenovo screen and while i could get into the BIOS, it would not reach the OS. It even took about 10 minutes, just to get to the BIOS, I waited over night, but still, no OS. I have put in my old card and it works perfectly. Im guessing this problem is occurring because my old card is an AMD card, and the 1060 is NVIDIA. I have uninstalled all of the drivers using DDU and the control panel, but still, not working at all. There are also no BIOS updates on the official Lenovo website. I would love to hear any suggestions as to what to do, as i am completely at a loss.

My 1st doubt is the board that its not campatable with the GPU the 10xx series needs the UEFI bios
and the 2nd one can be the PSU how much wattage PSU you have?

I have pleanty of power, 650W and the recomended is atleast 400, so yeah XD. Also, there legitemately isnt a UEFI or BIOS update... soo yeah, just send it back and give up or no?

as the bios is not UEFi so yea its the bios only option to get the new board

Here, I have Windows 10, 64-bit, and it just says no updates, soo yeah XD
