New $1100 Build Help

Hi there. I'm new to the whole PC building scene, and I was hoping for some second opinions before I make such a big investment.

My budget is capped at $1100 and obviously having parts cost less and not harm performance would be a good thing. Any help at all would be appreciated! This PC would be primarily used for gaming and digital art, if that helps narrow the part search down.

Its all compatible, radeon always gives good builds. All i suggest is going for this power supply, its build on a seasonic unit and is better quality than the cx series.
