Hello internet
My new monitor (AOC G2460FQ) can only run at 120hz at the moment, while I'm sure it can run 144hz. When i first installed it the image was not well scaled (I had black bars at the sides) so i used Catalyst (I have a AMD HD 7970 graphicscard) to scale it properly. Now however, the maximum refresh rate is just 120hz. I've tried using a program called CRU to make my own custom resolution but this doesn't seem to work (the 144hz option does not appear at the screen resolution options). So I Googled if HDMI can output 144hz and some sources say it doesn't, and some say it does and now I'm not sure if i should buy a mini display cord to solve this issue, does anyone know how i can make my monitor run 144hz?
Thanks in advance
