New 1TB hdd showing only 1GB

So i recently built a new pc and the hdd is just showing 1gb total space. It looks like this in disk managament. In cmd its 1gb too (Cmd Screenshot). I have tried to search for a solution for many hours but i have not found anything that would fix this.

I have formatted it but it didnt fix the problem

What is the hdd model? and the rest of your system spec? what version of windows?
