The Price in my shopping cart right now is about $2200. Im working on finding better deals and lowering the price a little more.

What im not sure of is the processor and the motherboard. I see alot of people going for the i5-3570 I want something that'll last me atleast another 3 years before I need to even consider an upgrade again. Also I kept hearing about heat issues with the 3770k so im leaning towards the 3820 because I leave my computer on almost 24/7 and I dont want to stress over temperatures.

Also the FTW's just went up in price. im wondering if there is any other brand i can get that also exhausts the heat out the back.

Ram, Heatsink and power supply are also up in the air. Im looking for the best band for the buck. A modular PSU would be nice.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.
