New 2700X build keeps freezing and getting BSoD

Just built a new ryzen 2700X setup
( gigabyte ga-370X
1x16Gb HyperX)

; and it keeps freezing/giving me BSoD (clock_watchdog_timeout)

*Using latest BIOS (F23d)

Can you try a bootable Memtest86? Everything stock? Voltage, temps, fans all spinning correctly? What are full specs?

Yes, it's a fresh install. I can't finnish any updates because it crashes before its complete.

Everything is stock, all temps look alright, fans working as usual.

1x16Gb Hyperx 2400Mhz
EVGA 750 G2
1x120Gb Kingston SSD
2x2Tb Seagate HDDs

I'm downloading memtest to try it .
