Question New 2x8gb ram sticks cant boot up my pc

so i upgraded from 2x4gb to 2x8gb and with the new sticks i cant boot up mine or my brothers pc..
the new ram was bought off amazon : Corsair CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4 3200 MHz CL16 XMP 2.0 High Performance Desktop Memory Kit - Black
my specs:
Gigabyte B450M DS3H
AMD Ryzen 5 1400
8GB of RAM
MSI 1060 6GB Armor Graphics Card
1TB of Storage
Microsoft Windows 10

PCPartPicker isn't picking up any incompatibilities. Since it isn't working with another computer, I would RMA it.

Hi,

I had very similar problems when I upgraded to 2 x 8GB 3200Mhz Ram (CMK16GX4M2Z3200C16). The ram was on the QVL list and I couldn’t get it to work.

However I eventually managed to get it to work by disabling the XMP profile and reducing it from 3200Mhz to 3000Mhz.

Might be worth a try.
