New 400w PSU or use old 240w PSU?

Hi Guys

Please bear with me on this one as it may get a little messy.

Basically I want to play an online game called IronSight and have the current components to hand...

1. Fujitsu Esprimo E420 E85+ Small Form Factor PC with an i3-4170 processor (has a small 240w built in PSU)

2. MSI GTX 1050ti https://www.ebuyer.com/780605-msi-geforce-gtx-1050-ti-4gt-oc-graphics-card-gtx-1050-ti-4gt-oc

3. Fractal Design Mini C case

So the question is this... Can I take out the matx motherboard from the Fujitsu and install it inside the Fractal Design Mini C case and also use the 240w PSU. I will then install the GTX 1050ti and use it to play IronSight.

I estimate the total power draw to be:
75w GPU
55w CPU
35w Motherboard
12w 2x 120mm case fans
10w 2x 4GB DD3 RAM
6w SSD

193w total.

Could that work or is that pushing the 240w PSU?

If you think that to be a crazy idea then I need help with the following:

1. I need a 400w gold plus PSU, which one would you recommend? I'm leaning towards the BitfFenix Whisper M 450w. Or should I just go for the BitFenix Formula Gold 450W version? If I understand correctly it doesn't have modular cables as the Whisper which I'm not too bothered about.

Or perhaps something Bronze or Silver rated which is still good but cheaper?

Or what about a used seasonic from eBay like this one https://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/Seasonic-SS-350ET-350W-Active-PFC-Power-Supply-PSU/152747050141?epid=1006234069&hash=item23906f049d:g:VMAAAOSwE-lZ5fJf

2. I will also need a motherboard as the the one that comes in the Fujitsu motherboard has a proprietary 16pin atx connector 🙁

I have an i5-4570 from an old PC which I would like to use which if I understand correctly limits me to only use an LGA1150 motherboard?

If so can you please suggest a semi decent LGA1150 motherboard? Maybe even an used one from eBay if possible.

I guess an LGA1150 mobo will also allow me to use the DDR3 RAM I already have so that's a bonus.

Mostly I'll be playing IronSight on a 2k monitor otherwise the machine will be used for remotely working from home and a general home PC.

Many thanks in advance for any advice you are able provide.

So many questions.

Are you sure that the PSU is actually able to deliver it's rated power. The power number will be a total over all of its power rails (5V, 12V).
So you may find that your total is under the rating, but you exceed the rating for one of the rails.

I personally would not go for anything less that 550W (450 if you are sure you won't upgrade ever). I would be happy with Bronze from Seasonic.

Yes you will need an 1150 (Haswell) socket. This article might interest you.

Thanks Asoroka for taking the time to reply which is much appreciated.

Actually I think I'm ok with the Fujitsu motherboard as it has a 24 pin connector and a 4 pin connector for the CPU, please click on this link for an image of the board https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=D3230+matx&safe=off&client=ms-android-samsung&prmd=sivn&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiGl4Ko2pDcAhVqCMAKHe_6AhoQ_AUIEigC&biw=360&bih=560#imgrc=ddjZAi7S5ull4M:

Do you think that board will be ok to power the GTX 1050ti if I power it with a decent PSU?

Do you think this is a good PSU to buy https://www.scan.co.uk/products/450w-seasonic-focus-gold-hybrid-modular-80-plus-gold-sli-crossfire-single-rail-37a-120mm-fan-atx-psu

Thanks again for your help.
