Hi I'm planning on building a new pc soon and I have some questions and would love to hear some advice. Its gonna be a i7 4770k with most likely a Asus Maximus VI HERO motherboard if i can find a good deal. If not i might go with msi z87-g45 but really leaning towards the asus. I'm probably gonna take my ram from my current machine but i was wondering if theres better ram for my new system and if its worth upgrading. My current ram is Corsair Vengeance 16gb (4x4gb)

Also i plan on overclocking my CPU and would love some advice and things to look out for. My cooling will be Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO w/ Arctic silver 5.

Any help would be great, THX!

I also will take my pretty new PSU from my current pc but I have some second thoughts about because im not sure if it supports the haswell chip and if its enough to support my overclock.
This is the PSU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182132

Other parts are gonna be..
Msi GTX 660 TI PE
and prob samsung 840 pro

About the PSU, you will have to get one that says 4th Generation Ready. You will need it due to Haswell's low voltage mode. About the RAM, I would also check if the heat spreaders will bother with your heatsink.
