New 650D Water Cooling Build

I am currently working on a new water cooled build,

and I am contemplating between getting a single EVGA Hydrocopper 2 gtx580 and one later to SLI

or a single EVGA hydrocopper gtx590 classified edition to SLI with later as well, though I am not very sure which to go for.

Also, I don't want the hassle of buying individual water cooling parts unless they're available on amazon.com but I won't write off any other site.

I looked up many guides on buying individual water cooling parts, but always end up paying a lot more than water cooling kits at frozencpu.com, can someone enlighten me on this?

Budget: Less than $2,500

Current build without graphics card, PSU and water cooling kit. I prefer amazon.com, cause of 2 day shipping and taxfree (for now 🙁 )

Also, I'm gonna need some advice on mounting radiators in the 650d, I don't want to mount any radiators outside the 650d but the question is.. can I cool 2 big graphics card + cpu in this case? Do I need 240mm radiators for every component?

Advice, constructive criticisms, and suggestions are all welcomed.

EDIT: I realize that the 650D might not have enough room for radiators to cool two GTX 590s or two gtx 580s, can anyone help me out here?

Alternatively 200mm fans are usually swappable for 2x 120/140 ones so 4x 120/140 is also going to do great.

The pre-assembled CPU w/c loops have a single 120mm radiator. The GPU is going to generate a bit more heat but even so I think 120mm per component is a good rule of thumb. SLI might add a bit more load but I'm betting that f.ex. 3x 140mm will be enough for CPU +SLI.

I was thinking:

a 200m radiator next to the intake fan upfront

a 280mm radiator up top with 2x 140mm fans exhaust

a 120mm in the rear with a 120mm fan to exhaust

But I've read somewhere that 140mm radiator for the gtx 580 or gtx 590 isn't enough cooling.

If you went with the 590 , they might not generate as much heat since they are under clocked at 630mhz , the 580's on the other hand are clocked at 850mhz wich would generate more heat. You have your reasons for wanting the radiators inside the case but you are restricting yourself as well and I don't know your reasons but it is your choice . I have three Hydro Copper 2 580's and they are being cooled by a 480 radiator and the cpu and ram is on a seperate loop and a 360 radiator. Temps on the cards never go higher than 47/48 degrees c and that is playing Call of Duty Black Opps. The water cooling I have is a custom build and the benifit of that is you can get exactly what you want and the parts you want. With water cooling the fans are very important and you can get the fans you want instead of what comes in a kit. But that's my choice and everybody has thier own prefrences.
The thing I like with the 580 is that you get a 580 gpu and by adding a second in sli you will get higher fps then a 590. I can't be sure but I think I saw a benchmark that had three 580's in 3-way sli getting higher fps then two 590's in quad.

This case will give you a lot of room to put radiators.
That price for the GTX 590 at Amazon is kind of high , I know its free shipping and you like shopping there but at that price you are paying for shipping in a way. On the Evga site they have it listed for $899.99

Hmm.. It's cause of aesthetics and I will be moving the tower once inawhile, therefore I want a midsize tower and all cooling components inside the tower.

Question is.. will I be able to cool 2 gtx580s with a 280mm rad? Most threads i've read say no, so what if I did 2 200mm rads, one uptop and one behind the intake fan? and a 120mm rad in the rear for CPU.

EDIT: I already own a HAF X, I feel like it's too big for me, I want a midsize tower with power and water cool, it's a big demand, but I think it's possible with careful and well thought out part choices.

590, like the 6990, is a dog. The 590 gets 881 fps in Guru3D's game test suite ..... spending another $725 gets you a whopping 101 fps for a total of 982 fps.

MoBo - Can't see basing a $2,500 build on a MoBo manufacturer that refuses to offer an industry standard 3 year warranty. I keep thinking what do they know that I don't (i.e. source of caps) ?

I don't think we can compare what I'm doing with the build you linked me, my cards are water cooling the whole card whereas the pny is cooling just the gpu. I just need reassurance and the tdp on each 580 is about 263 watts due to overclock, I don't know if a 280mm rad can dissipate 526 watts.
